Integrate
We become an extension of the design team as opposed to a separate entity. We do this by ensuring we’re seen as an interactive resource which coordinates across multidisciplinary activities.
Design & Engineer
We provide sustainable and engineered solutions at all levels which demonstrate longevity. Our design and engineering services focus on balanced outcomes which are coordinated with other trades and sensitivity to the construction type. Our analysis is tailored to regional codes where we operate but have the ability to bring regional thinking to the process to afford opportunity or comparison where required.
Accountability
We qualify material selection through recording their influence via extraction and refinement on our planet, but also provide resilience design which responds to climate change. Our decision making is documented and summarised through golden thread reporting formats so that regardless of geographical region, reviewers can identify aspects such as but not limited to construction philosophy, commercial sensitivity, building safety and decision changes including causation and effect items.
Execute
Our aim is to keep projects moving forward by proactively seeking collaboration with other parties where the reliance on information exchange permits design and engineering completion. Basis of design is completed but also evaluated internally to ensure that the client’s brief and requirements are adhered to.
